I don’t trust 411 local. I requested 5 times to cancel my service and don’t charge my credit card but all the time someone call me to convince me to keep the service.
They don’t respect the customer requisition and just want to make money. I asked today “don’t charge my credit card but I found that I have been charge again tonight April 07, 2026. They have poor customer service services.
I don’t recommend any other ones to get service from them. I told him today.

This company’s behavior is completely unacceptable.They charged my card multiple times and overdrew my account. Even after I paid, they continued taking money. There was no clear explanation and no accountability for the billing issues they caused.They then tried to sell us an upgrade. We clearly said NO. After we declined, they shut off our website. We were told we needed to pay more money — even though our account had already been paid.The very next day, our website was turned off again, and they were updating it with the upgrade we had already refused. We did not authorize it. We did not approve it. Yet they proceeded anyway.Turning off a business’s website to pressure them into paying for services they declined is wrong. Continuing to charge a card after payment is made is wrong. Pushing upgrades without authorization is wrong.This experience caused financial stress and disrupted our business operations. A company that handles websites and marketing for businesses should operate with transparency and integrity. That was not our experience.If you are considering working with them, document everything and monitor your account closely.
THESE FAKE, fake REVIEWS MAKE ME SICK ! These assholes got my Google account cancelled. It WAS BECAUSE OF THEIR SHADY. BUSINESS PRACTICES. TRUE SHIT ! I TOLD THESE ILLEGAL ASSHOLES DO NOT PUT FAKE REVIEWS. ON MY WEBSITE. THEY'RE. STILL DOING THAT ! BUTTTTTT THEY HAVE NO ACCESS. TO MY GOOGLE LISTING. THEY ARE FIRED !
Take some good advice stay away from this company. They are scammers the sales representatives make it very clear you can receive all your leads immediately or you can spread them out we decide to spread ours out. We received one that we had to call 20 times they refused to give back a refund. This is a Lead generation scam and if they have five stars, they're not real I'm just thankful I didn't spend more than I spent petty scammers stay away from this company 💯
We hired 411 Locals around September 2025 to help our mechanic shop with marketing and web services, and the experience has been a complete disaster.Not only did they fail to deliver what they promised, but the website they built for us was extremely unprofessional. Our Google Analytics dropped between 30% and 40%, they listed our business in the wrong location, and due to their SEO mistakes our Google Business profile was suspended and I had to personally reinstate it. All the work I had done to position my business was completely destroyed because I trusted them to take this off my plate so I could focus on other areas of my company.In November, we tried to cancel their services. After over two hours on the phone, I agreed to a temporary discount through December under the condition that they improve our analytics and review our existing website to align with what we were looking for (since rejecting their site was not an option). After that, they never contacted us again.I sent multiple emails canceling due to lack of communication and continued decline in analytics. Despite this, they charged us again in January — for a service they were not providing. I had already removed their access from my Google Business account to prevent further damage. The website remained terrible.When you call to cancel and request a refund, they become aggressive, arrogant, and dismissive. They refuse to take responsibility even when you send them Google Analytics screenshots as proof. Emmanuel was the representative who handled the discounts and promised to follow up in December — he never did.This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and has terrible customer service. We are extremely disappointed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from 411 Locals.
If I could give this company a rating it would be negative. Luckily we only signed up for a trial of 10 leads for $300. We have so far received 8 "leads" that came from FaceBook. I wish I had looked at the reviews. We would never signed up. They sounded so good in their sales approach, but they have not performed. Waste of money. I do not recommend them at all.
