My experience with this company has been concerning. I encountered unprofessional communication, including inappropriate language and behaviour. I have reported the matter to CFX and Trading Standards for review. This feedback is based solely on my personal experience.

I have been lucky enough to test the new QB server rebuild over the last 2x weeks. They have been amazing! we were testing the new server before it went live and to see the effort and love they invest into the servers is refreshing! Caticus is the best fivem dev!!!! we made a recommendation about gangs.. on the same day they updated the script with the design we wanted. Honestly these guys are goats!

overall good experience! I was able to message them on Discord as I brought a server and needed help with the database install as i am new. They helped very quickly and to be honest i am happy. I have been able to download a few updates already so I feel I made my money back over a few weeks. Cheers
paid for FiveM Server help, they've never contacted me its been almost a month be ware of these people. no good. - Corrective actions I took at placement of order is give them the required information: My discord name. They said they'd contact and that never happened.
Guy contacted me through discord to help with scripts fixing I answered all his questions then when I ask a question he closes conversations telling me to email was rather rude and the person I emailed was just as bad these people are scammers and can’t be bothered to do the work but would happily take your money if I was anyone out there I would avoid this company save your money and find someone who’s actually can be bother to do the work and not waste your money
They suddenly blocked me for no good reason, claiming I was sharing scripts without proof. I asked if they could provide evidence of this claim, as I had to give them my public IP for whitelisting so unless there was a different IP address showing up then they have no reason to ban me but they stopped responding. This all happened after asking about the next update since several scripts they sold me were either not functional or outdated. They are scammers and I should have heeded the warning of many others before trusting these crooks. Now I'm out hundreds of dollars with nothing to show for it not to mention the countless hours fixing their outdated scripts. They offer abysmal customer service and stole my money. STAY AWAY!!!
