This was my first time taking a chance on purchasing AI software for my business, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my decision. I have nothing but good things to say about Holo AI.
Their customer support is truly on point — responsive, helpful, and quick to get back to you. That alone already sets them apart.
The software itself is impressive and delivers exactly what I need. While nothing is ever 100% perfect, Holo AI comes incredibly close. Any minor flaws are far outweighed by how much time it saves me.
Because of Holo AI, I’m able to focus more on creating, making candles, and taking care of my customers — instead of spending hours trying to create social media content. I never set out to be an influencer, so having a tool that handles content creation for me has been a huge relief.

I love how easy the onboarding is. And that i can have two brands in my account. The quality of the images is amazing. And I like that you can use your credits on one day of you would like instead of everyday a little. Looking forward to use this tool further with actually planning and making media in my media accounts.
The tool has made a huge difference in our day to day. It can perfectly create the content needed and as the days pass it gets better and better by understanding the prompts and giving great results that can be used for simply content, advertising , campaigns …
Like the experience however depends totally on prompt …. You have to be good at it
Sometimes generates deepfakes and hence fining a star less
Their service at customer care is very good , they give prompt replies and help you whenever possible
Holo just changed to Credit based System also for EXISTING users, which paid already for a year subscription.
Much less than before!
This was not the thing i signed and paid. Will change to other tool in future.
Honestly, the new credit system feels very expensive and a big downgrade compared to the previous pricing.
Before, for €39/month, I could generate up to ~2400 images, which made Holo AI extremely usable for real creative testing and performance marketing.
Now, with the same price, I’m limited to 100 generations, which fundamentally changes how (and how often) I can use the tool.
I understand the need for profitability and scalability, but this shift dramatically reduces value for power users and marketers who rely on iteration, formats, and testing.
The gap between “what I could do before” and “what I can do now” is simply too large.
At the moment, the pricing no longer feels aligned with real-world creative workflows.
HOLO makes me such beautiful add post. And now that you can pre-scheduled your post and that is a game changer! It gets my brand, and it's really easy to work with it. I absolutely love it!
The experience was great, it can be better though. It really helped me to conceptualize and give direction to my marketing team. I know holo is improving some of their tools and features so I cannot wait to see what comes up in the coming months.
This service is a scam. I used the product for a few days but found it lacking in usefulness—the AI features were far inferior to free options available. After a month, I requested to cancel my subscription, and they confirmed it, yet I was still charged on my credit card the following month. I sought a refund, but have received no response and had to cancel my credit card to prevent further charges.
I've been using the service for only a few days for social media ads, and I am quite impressed with the quality so far. The designs do need some editing, but they serve as a solid starting point. I’m hopeful that the new feature will enhance future usability.
