I bought the backpack as a Christmas gift for my husband, and I would especially like to highlight the incredible helpfulness and friendliness of the entire team. From the manager, who arranged express delivery from the Netherlands so the order arrived before the holidays, to the customer service team that kept me informed about the current status of my order, and finally to the colleague at the pickup point who kindly brought the package outside to me so I didn’t have to search for parking while I was there with my young daughter. This level of care and customer-oriented approach is truly rare today. Their willingness to help and genuine kindness are, in my opinion, their greatest competitive advantage.
