My order said would ship on Oct 21st. No shipment, have been charged. Have contacted customer service and received a vague response and then once I asked anything further they stopped responding. I’ve never had an issue when receiving the samples we purchased, but the rug selected said available now. Just don’t communicate an incorrect timeline and then not provide any satisfactory updates. Updated my experience, as Sandra was very communicative and helpful and got in touch with the right teams within the shipping department to rectify the delays.
