If I could give 0 stars I would. This auction told me a car was in Doncaster which I travelled all the way to, waited 2 hours and only after I went on live chat they said it's in Newark! Okay fair enough, mistakes happen. I asked for compensation or a free delivery just the bare minimum after a mistake from their side only to be met with can't do it well just refund your car? How disgusting that that company makes a mistake, they won't do anything to rectify it!

Very disappointed with this company

Very disappointed with this company, bought vehicle from online auction, in pictures was all fine, when vehicle was loaded, forklift driver hit rear doors with tines, of corse as vehicle was delivered i couldn't see that until received vehicle, when vehicle was loading driver was in office, he took pictures of car loaded where you can see damage already, but as he of corse not aware of all scratches on car he didn't knew it was damaged, i texted them straight away, explaining all situation and showing proves with site advert, where you can see all perfect, and with vehicle still on site with damaged doors, was told its my fault, as apparently have to claim while its on site, or let driver to know about all scratches and etc…. What a non sense it is. Even i as customer cant see full damage and scratches, it is few more which of corse im not complaining, as maybe just wont saw it my self. But sadly that they not taking at all they responsibilities for damage that site done… really disappointed with customer service.

I purchased a set of wheels through Ebay. 3 arrived but the 4th was missing. The courier was less than interested. Despite contacting the seller several times, I failed to get any positive action or information. I resorted to raising it with Ebay and the 4th wheel arrived 2 days later, 8 days after the first 3!The review I left on Ebay was removed because apparently stating that I got Ebay involved isn't allowed???? Therefore the feedback was removed and I have no course to re post a warning for other customers. Looking at their feedback profile on Ebay, I am one of a very high number of people who have had similar experiences within the last 6 months. I will NEVER use this company again, customer service is non existant! I would leave 0 stars if it were possible.

DO A CHARGEBACK IF THEY SCAMMED YOU!I purchased a rear axle with wheel hubs from the Doncaster site for £95. The parts arrived with critical mechanical defects that rendered them unusable:The axle had a stripped bolt from negligent dismantling (caused by their process, not wear and tear)Both wheel hubs were seized solid and completely non-functionalOne hub actually disintegrated during removal by my mechanicI had to pay £105 in additional labour costs just to make the car drivable (£25 for specialist bolt extraction, £80 to replace the seized hubs with working ones).When I requested a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Synetiq hid behind their Terms & Conditions, claiming "free" bundled items aren't covered and that they "don't pay labour costs." They demanded I return a 40kg axle to Doncaster at my own expense, which UK law explicitly states is the trader's responsibility for faulty goods.After refusing to provide a return label or collection service, they simply stopped responding to my formal notices and deadline. I am now doing a Chargeback and pursuing Small Claims Court action to recover my losses.Bottom line: Synetiq will sell you scrap metal, refuse to make it right, and force you into a legal battle to get your money back. Shop elsewhere.

Very professional and helpful staff.

Thought I'd ordered a wheel on Ebay. Turns out when I went to collect it I'd ordered a wheel hub instead. I was very impressed with how helpful the staff were and how quickly they helped me to cancel the order and source what I actually needed. I haven't been to a breakers yard probably since the 80's. Things have certainly changed. This is a very well run and professional set up. I know where I'll be looking first anytime I need any car parts from now on.

Horrific company

Horrific company. Bought an interior, pickup this week, they actually had sold parts off the interior and smashed part of it AFTER i had paid for it. On collecting the loaders said nothing they can do. I took it home & contacted the sales agent Nathan , he is now ignoring me even tho my email are perfectly reasonable & has stated I have 1 option return the parts to winsford, that’s 4 hours each way, Doncaster is an hour away but he has refused to take them there, all I wanted was a refund for the broken bits , photos sent at the point of collection but what you get is an unfriendly go get stuffed level of service , no help and if you push to speak to a manager you are blocked. You can phone nobody so once you complain you are stuffed. Section 75 through the credit card company in hand.

Don’t trust them

Do not use this company!! They are the most deceptive people ever .If everything is going their way and they making money i am sure they would fine but if there is a problem they don’t want to know. absolutely trashed my car!! It was hardly recognisable when I got it back from them.I was gutted and they didn’t want to know. They were just rude and not interested. This must happen a lot !
