My account with 8fig became delinquent…

My account with 8fig became delinquent after a slowdown in sales and their aggressive, unsustainable remittance schedule. I immediately acted in good faith, signing a conditional release between 8fig and Stripe for $10,000 to be paid directly to 8fig, and agreed to pay the remaining $6,335. Those payments were made in full and ahead of schedule.Despite providing documented proof of every transaction — including bank records and Stripe’s own confirmation of the release — I was repeatedly misled. On August 5, 8fig’s account manager Joseph Eno confirmed in writing that Stripe had released the $10,000 to 8fig. Yet shortly after, I received an email claiming I still owed $16,000. When I presented proof, the amount changed to $6,000, then to $5,000, then $2,900, with no explanation or corrected accounting.Each time I provided the same verified documentation, 8fig contradicted itself and revised its story. When I pressed for answers, I was ignored for over a week. When Mr. Eno finally responded, he reversed his earlier statements and falsely claimed Stripe had not released the $10,000.Recently, I scheduled a meeting with Mr. Eno to resolve the matter. He rescheduled the meeting right before it was set to begin, and when I joined the newly scheduled meeting, he failed to show up entirely. No notice, no apology, and no follow-up.

The overall experience hasn’t been too great with a website that doesn’t work a mobile app that never works and almost 0 support on getting these issues resolved as made me to lose all trust. With constant emails and no resolution in sight, it seems no one really cares to resolve the

Scam and a half! Caused us over 1m in damages

Unfortunately I checked reviews of 8Fig after signing with them! Lots of small businesses complaining about the same tactics I have experiences.Long story short (and I have all facts and emails) company overpromised and even stopped delivering. 8Fig breached their own contract by making a 23k debit that was never owed. After emailing 8Fig rep they concluded it was their mistake (I have emails proving this). 8Fig offers a portal where merchants get to see how much they have to pay everyday to eventually get funded. Customers depend on this portal, so when a company like mine was already on very high repayment rate (north of 30% revenue) we have to depend on the deposit coming in. After working with 8Fig for 3 months and struggling on our plan they decided to disapear during the holidays when a deposit on Dec 28th never came in that was owed by 8Fig. Because I reached out to them it automatically pauses the active plan. Once they replied a week later they stated that our plan had gone passed due. I told them that 8Fig has done this many times (pauses our plan debits right before a credit is due) then deposits the credit net debits 8Fig never made. So if you are owed 80k you end up getting 55k after debits not happening due to 8Fig messy portal/logistics. In summary this happened with all of the 3-4 rounds of credits we received from 8Fig.The portal 8Fig provides you is useless. They have their own backend that they look at and therefore you are not guaranteed to receive the credits you signed you once signed for under contract.For our account they did pulls that were unauthorized and unannounced. We even had to do an ACH block because after having our plan paused (as we requested them to do a review to determine why they did not make deposits on time) they ended up pulling 9k without telling us. In writing they state “no pulls will happen during a paused plan” this is fraud and false advertising.In short, I have experienced wire fraud, mail fraud, breach of contract and now they are trying to do a UCC lien on our business with costs of capital for services never rendered.Because of the extremely high repayment rate we ended up insuring damages of north of 200k during the month of November. We were not able to pay our ads therefore were unable to spend during our busiest season. If 8Fig doesn’t come to an acceptable resolution our company will be filing a lawsuit under the above grounds and for damages.

I’ve been with 8fig now 2 years and…

I’ve been with 8fig now 2 years and everytime I made a request to tailor my funding - they came to the table and were there for me and my business!!! Almost feel like family is funding the growth of my ecom business!!! Thank you sooooo much for supporting me and my business and growth !!!!

I'm having extremely frustrated situation that 8 fig pause the funding 2 days prior to original agreed funding date due to we are Canadian based company and policy changed. We are asking to pay the same remittance without additional funding , without additional further notice. We have been paying the remittance in time.

The worst company ever to take a loan from

Very bad company. They will send you a contract with no explanation or details about interest. They hype you up at first with fake testimonials to sign. Our business suffered so bad after we took a loan out. The one and only business we built from scratch taken from 8figs just like that and we have to move and and start a whole new venture. Shake on the sales reps for selling trash information and shame on the CEO.

Horrible experience. Lending terms changed, and new offers are usurious.

I signed up for a growth plan. After first deposit to me they removed the second deposit due to a new "ai feature to serve me better." Then the new offers were on way worse terms. Just another money lender.
