The support team genuinely cares! I had an order close to 300.00 that faced delays due to tariffs. To obtain the items, I would have had to pay an extra 800 dollars, which I refused. They returned my order, and despite waiting 30 days without receiving it for a refund, I reached out to them, and they quickly issued my refund. I can't express enough gratitude for their commitment to customer satisfaction. My interaction with the representative was truly delightful; she was kind, courteous, compassionate, and friendly. WOW, our dog absolutely loves this Pate! I ordered the "Goat" and "Rabbit" flavors to try them out, and they were a huge hit. I've diced the pate into treat-sized pieces and frozen them, so I now have treats ready whenever I need them. I plan to buy the "Ostrich" and "Buffalo" flavors next. Thank you for creating such a fantastic product!

I didn't realize that the company was setting me up for a subscription. I found the product ineffective for my reactive dog. Now I have four packs of useless product and have been charged a significant amount for them. I've unsubscribed and just hope I don't receive any more. I've been using this for years. I give it to my dog to help manage her yeast infection, and also to my other dog who needs hydration support due to kidney issues. Adding water sometimes makes his stools loose, so I use this to help keep them firm.
