High postage costs with no delivery

I was charged around £12 for postage with DHL, yet despite their emails stating delivery would happen yesterday, my items have still not arrived. Poor service for the high postage costs. The search feature on the site is also lacking. Out-of-stock items should be removed, and prices are quite high.
