As a seller also everything is very good because I know the money are stored with Vinted and I can send my product without any fear
Simply awesome platform. One complaint tho, there is no list of people who liked a merchandise so i could negotiate with them privately after they like it, only from notification

I sold 2 sticks of RAM, but one was lost despite careful packaging, which appears to be the courier's fault. When I reached out to the support team, they were unhelpful and insisted that I had packed it incorrectly, despite my prior success in selling multiple RAM units. I did not receive a refund, although they promised compensation for courier-related issues.
I operate a roller skate and cross-country ski rental service. I purchased 20 pairs of skates and 30 pairs of ski boots through the platform. If a listing is over a year old, sellers often can't locate the item or don't attempt to, resulting in no shipment. However, if the item is not delivered, the platform refunds the buyer within two weeks of payment. This has occurred for me more than 10 times. I am extremely satisfied with the service and recommend it to everyone.
