The variety of components was impressive, allowing me to order the exact computer I desired at a reasonable price. The support team was also outstanding. They informed me about a delay in one of the parts and kept me updated when it arrived. I received updates with pictures and confirmations for each stage of the process. My previous computer was purchased from a retail store and was excellent, but this custom option takes it to another level. It's an exceptional computer, backed by great service and a fair price—truly, I couldn't ask for anything more.
The buying process was made simple. Got a pre-built system which meets all my needs. The item was tracked from warehouse to delivery and was delivered fast. It was securely packaged and came in a study cardboard box. Setup was simple and its up and running after updating. This is my second CLX desktop and im sold. Haven't had any issues thus far.
We had trouble ordering the computer -- we couldn't find it on the website but your Chat person helped us and we were able to place the order.It was suppose to ship on Sept. 4th and the status on Sept 6th said it was still in processing. As of now (Sept. 23rd) the status is "parts picking" which is a long way from shipping. We are hopeful that we will get the computer shipped at some point in the near future --since we have already paid for it!
This is the 2nd pc I have purchased from clx. Sure I had complications withe the first but the team at clx tech n support were awesome and cared about the customer they deal with. The second pc I ordered shipped quickly and was impressed with the look and how it handles. Overall of all pc companies I have delt with clx surpasses alot of the gaming companies by far and in future will be purchasing more when the time comes . Ty clx team for being who n what you are.
This company is amazing. They went above and beyond to answer questions and help. The tower I got from them is phenomenal. I can't say enough. From the build process to shipping they are great. I will definitely get another one from them if I'm ever in the market for one
