When I assured them my website was legal, they demanded my identification for "verification." I have no idea why they need this. Be cautious; I've been trying to get my refund for two days now, but they are ignoring my requests. This seems like a scam. I've hosted with various providers for years, and no one has ever asked for my ID. Their support response time is also slow, often taking longer than promised. This hosting service is now on my blacklist.
