I give one star because there are no negative stars. Worst ever bus service. It was such a horrible service provided by them From Delhi Majno ka tilla to Gurgaon they were supposed to get the tampo traveller but no arrangement. Luggage was also to be taken by self .I had a girl who helped me carry my one bag for me. No service provided. ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO .................
AbhiBus - Worst Service and a Complete FraudMy recent experience with AbhiBus was an absolute disaster and a complete fraud. I booked tickets for my family, paid the full amount, and was looking forward to our journey. However, to my shock and dismay, the tickets were canceled at the last minute without any prior intimation.We were left stranded on the road for 3-4 hours, with no alternative transportation and no one to help. When I contacted AbhiBus, they gave a flimsy excuse and told me to book another bus, promising that my money would be refunded within "seven working days." This is a completely unacceptable way to treat customers.AbhiBus's service is not only terrible but also fraudulent. They take your money, cancel your booking without notice, and leave you in a lurch. My entire family's travel plans were ruined, and we faced immense hardship and stress because of their unprofessional and unethical practices.I would strongly advise everyone to avoid AbhiBus at all costs. They are unreliable, irresponsible, and a complete scam. Save yourself the trouble and book with a more reputable and trustworthy service. This company is a complete fraud, and I will never use their services again.
They have not mentioned anywhere cancellation policy.I had to cancel my jibhi to kiratpur tickets because of floods in that area and wanted to cancel and wanted a refund.but these unprofessional cheaters flatly refused.they cheated me of Rs.2300 and are not even responding.
