I recently booked tickets through AbhiBus with Swami Ayyappa Travels, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Both the platform and the operator seem to be taking unfair advantage of customers through manipulative ticket pricing. When I booked my ticket, the fare was unreasonably high — almost double the average rate. However, just a day later, I noticed that the same seats and bus were being sold at half the price. This clearly shows that early customers are being exploited, while last-minute buyers get huge discounts. Such dynamic pricing without transparency is nothing but daylight robbery. It’s unacceptable that a reputed platform like AbhiBus allows such unethical practices by its partner operators. Passengers trust these platforms to offer fair pricing — not to loot money in the name of demand-based algorithms. I strongly urge AbhiBus to monitor and regulate their partners’ pricing policies.
Bus started one hour late and reached more than 2 hour late at destination, despite their 100% cashback promise they gave back 250rs for a 3500rs ticket. They promise to send back to original payment method but instead credit to abhibus wallet, that too can be used only in parts of 50rs on upcoming bookings. Total scam. Tried booking with them once. Never again.
Utterly disappointing. Don't be fooled by their 'Benz Class' claims. Each ticket in ACLS Travels cost Rs.3499. My parents (both 60+) were travelling with my daughter (6 years old). They were treated very badly, refusal to use the toilet though their USP specifies this as a facility. The driver used foul language and also made them pay Rs. 1500 extra when my daughter really needed to use the toilet - he called them 'cleaning charges'. He used abusive languages and made the entire journey hell. And not so much as an apology from the driver or the operator! Worst experience - have paid lesser and been treated better. And Abhibus did not manage the situation. They also did not do anything to reprimand the operator or take responsibility for what happened. P.S: Travels don't just transport you from point A to point B. They are supposed to do that with the said comfort, amenities and some basic dignity! Shame on you!
I’ve had a terrible experience twice with this service. The Volvo buses were delayed by 2 to 5 hours each time, with no updates, no support, and no way to contact anyone for help. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially when you're depending on timely travel. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliability or professionalism.
Travelled from Hyderabad to Bengaluru on Dhanunjaya Travels Bus. Had my luggage misplaced by drivers into some other buses of theirs. The bus partner was so unhelpful in getting my luggage back. And it is still located in one of their buses. And Abhibus support couldn't do anything beyond sharing the contact number of main office which they hardly respond to such support requests. Why don't Abhibus populate a review section for the bus partners and show passengers the past reviews while booking the bus? And some buses including this one, reduce the AC to such a level in the mid journey that it could cause Asphyxia.
Since a year i am using abhi bus app for all my travel booking...!Recently i had a worst to worst experience, i had booked my ticket in abhi bus, after 2 hours due to some medical emergency i had requested abhi bus help desk to prepon my booking date one date to close date, the worst thing that 3 days before travelling there is no options to change the date in abhi bus app...! I had called help desk to change my travel date they had shared directly bus agent number and asked me to request with them...! That means only we can book the ticket in abhi bus app but you can't contact them for any assistance or they are not responsible for any emergency, finally my ticket amount gone waste due to yeskay bus agent didn't respond to my call... 😔If these kind of service if we get from abhi bus app then what is the use of using this app...? It is waste of money waste of time,I am highly disappointed within this experience and henceforth i won't use abhi bus app...I have deleted this app...Good bye 🙏
Dear Abhibus,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unfortunate incident involving Shree Patel travels bus( AR01U440) on 17-08-25 which we missed to reach boarding point . Earlier booking Prn no - AY5261915533I had a confirmed booking for your bus service from CTM char rasta (Ahmedabad) to Pune .Unfortunately, the bus departed from the boarding point before I could board due to inconvenience caused by traffic congestion. I contacted the driver and made humble request to wait for 10 ministers bus he denied and left the boarding point .Upon contacting bus staff and driver immediately, I was advised to follow the bus and was assured that I could be picked up from a midpoint on the route. I also made numerous calls to your agency for help. Based on that assurance, I made considerable effort to reach the destination to catch the bus. However, to my surprise and disappointment, upon arrival I was denied entry into the bus and was instead told to book a new ticket entirely. This not only caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience but also led to additional financial expense and loss of time.I find this handling extremely unprofessional and unfair, especially after being misled into believing that I could reboard the bus. I request a full refund for the fare paid for the original booking, along with compensation for the added expense and inconvenience caused and there is no any cancellation message or mail send to us from anybody.I kindly request that this issue be investigated at the earliest, and appropriate action be taken to ensure this does not happen to other passengers in the future. I also seek a refund of my ticket fare which was done for the second time and any additional compensation deemed appropriate for the inconvenience caused.Please let me know the status of my complaint and the next steps. I am attaching the necessary booking details and proof of phone calls made to bus driver, your agency and traveler’s bus office.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.Sincerely, Nilesh bandgar
I had booked a bus on 17th August. Bus name:- Dharti Travel Ticket Amount:- Rs. 3045 rupees.But another bus came to us. That bus name was Ramakrushna. I had booked the bus Dharti Travels as the bus rating was around 4.5. But another bus came to us. It was not even as per the 1 star rating.
