Bought one for each of our grandkids for Christmas, we were ecstatic when they arrived! Good quality and looks like they are actual astronauts! Will order from them again and would have sent pics but my daughter doesn’t allow their pics on social media.
I loved the portraits I’ve seen on the Fabulous Portrait website which I went on after seeing the photo products on Facebook and thought it would be the perfect gift for my daughter. I chose the space theme and sent in a photo of my grandson. Fabulous Portrait responded to my choice and purchase promptly. When there was a question regarding the photo I chose (I felt the headshot photo I sent didn’t quite fill the space helmet), they answered me quickly (within the same day) with a photo of the adjustment they made and gave me peace of mind on the choice. They kept me informed in regards to the making and finishing of the portrait and I received it without a delay and within the timeframe given to me which was fantastic because it was to be a holiday present. And it was wrapped so well! The gift was a big hit!!!! Not just for my daughter but for her husband and for my grandson, too!
I received my picture and it was much darker then the proof that I had approved. When I contacted them they said that it never should of went out that way. They had me approve another proof and said they would send another one. I approved the revised proof on Dec 2nd it is December 22nd and I haven't received anything. I contacted them a couple days ago and heard nothing back. I have ordered a few prints from this company, last year I ordered my kids matching prints and mugs and one of the mugs never showed up but it was Christmas time and busy and I never had addressed it. This seems to be a reoccurring thing for this company. I know I will no longer be using them, which is unfortunate because the pictures make fun gifts. I will try turnmeroyal next time.**Update since posting this review the company reached out and replaced both the picture and both of the mugs. It was a long time and a lot of back and forth with the company but they did end up making it right.**
