Original quote was $395, had other companies low balling between $200 - $300 but went with Abroc as reviews were decent. Was informed by Frank that he had shipped a car on this route earlier and was confident that would be the price. Then when vehicle was ready to be collected the price was $800, $400 of which went to Abroc. Interesting eh, so how could they have charged me $395 when their cut was $400, with the remaining $400 to be paid to the driver upon delivery. Frank said he had strongly pushed back on this price but slots were scarce at this time of year (late February). I foolishly agreed to this price hike as I needed my vehicle to be collected. Communication through the entire pick up and delivery process was extremely poor, no sorry non existent, unless I prompted. I was promised a Bill of Lading but never received one. Car was due to be delivered in the morning but finally showed up at 7pm. The following day I contacted Frank and expressed my displeasure about the price hike and he responded by basically saying that I should have pushed back and asked him go negotiate further. Presumably if I had asked this Abroc would have reduced their charge? Lesson learned I guess. Therefore, if you use Abroc, or presumably any other transportation broker, push back on the final price, which will inevitably be higher than the original quote provided and hopefully they will reduce their broker cut. I am giving 2 stars rather than 1 because, although late, I did get my car on the day Frank said it would be delivered.

Since September of this year, I've been wanting to ship my daughter's car to her university, but for various reasons, it hasn't been possible. He ultimately convinced me to use Abroc Enterprises Inc., and Adam went on to find a cost-effective driver for me, ultimately securing a very satisfactory price. Furthermore, when the driver came to pick up the car, he accidentally scratched my daughter's car, and Adam proactively helped me contact the driver to determine if I could file an insurance claim. I highly recommend this responsible and patient agent. If you're still struggling to find a good shipping company and agent, trust me; they're your best choice.

I’m hoping this review helps anyone out there that is worried about scams and not having things go smoothly. My wife and I wanted our Jeep transported to Sedona, from Canton. This was going to be our third trip and we wanted to do some serious off-roading, without having to spend thousands to rent something for the entire time we were planning to be there. Through my research, I found ABROC to complete this for us. My contact, Brian was PHENOMENAL throughout the entire process. Calls, texts, he answers them all, even on the weekends, all in a genuine effort to help his customers. Our Jeep was picked up on time, delivered with no issues and sent back to Canton without any issues at all throughout the process. I am absolutely STUNNED at the service I received from ABROC and Brian, considering the horror stories that you hear and read about regarding car transport. This was one of the best vacations we ever took and ABROC helped to make it possible. We’ll never wash off the red mud, all over our Jeep and we’ll NEVER choose to work with anyone else when we do this again. Thank you Brian and thank you, ABROC!
