Shockingly blunt online response to issue shipping item via Amazon. Initially product was 10% more expensive than other retailers, but as offered a faster delivery date decided on Absolute Music as an option. The product however was not shipped on time but seeing as this was meant as a gift, the delay resulted in a 30 mile drive to pick up a replacement from PMT in Manchester at a 10% lower price.All being fair my complaint was not in the delay, but in the way this was handled when the product was returned with the subsequent refund missing the delivery charge, Absolute Music blaming Amazon when Amazon did not ship the product in the first instance and the blunt response from the staff member who deals with the Amazon Marketplace messages.Overall even though prices are a little higher than competitors, don't expect your deliveries any faster, shop around...
I was looking for a bundle package on a Roland electronic drum kit, so I called Absolute and spoke to Ben. He couldn't have been more helpful, providing great advice regarding hardware and accessories for the kit I wanted. Better still, despite the fact I called mid-afternoon, he pulled out all the stops to ensure that the package was despatched the same day, so that I received it the following day. Thanks again

copied from and email i senthi . just wanted to both thank and inform of my first few hours with the focusrite . out of the box so easy to setup .. especiaally with the auto finding help and software . dont even need to look for it . then there is the videos . just every step along the way is just so easy . im up and running . in a basic sense . what took me months . im here within hours . please use this for furture sales . the steinberg stufff may be cheaper . but that little bit extra .. comes with so much back up . its a breeze . so far .oh and thanks for trying to deliver on sat . i coudnt take it so had to change dleivery , but you went above and beyond . thanksthey gave me the best price in england . perfect customer support when things went so badly wrong with steinberg . swapped it out at their cost . took the stress out of a streesful 3 months with steinberg . thnks to rufus and chris
