I used them for two essay services within 24 hours, one writer repackaged my introduction and gave it to me as an outline for a 2752 word count- this was within 18 hours and the other lacked analysis of any sort, like how short clipped AI Makes it was purely descriptive. Please save your money! Customer service was nice but as for the material itself, do not take this risk!
I was quite skeptical using this service, but I really needed support for my academic writing. The reason for 3 stars is that the first writer allocated to me completely ignored my instructions section, and even wrote a totally different topic for my introduction (which I presumed was a mistake) however they were rude and just said "I edited your draft." rather than double checking. I was then allocated a new writer, who done a much better job, but still not exactly what I asked for as I requested support on a particular part of my draft and they just used what I wrote.
