Want to give the manger Liam Martin thank you and mention what excellent communication/Application skills he has as a manger at the Nottingham store he got back to me when he said as he has busy workload and schedule as he was at other sites when i went in to store but know as been a manager myself how busy you can be as workload can be heavy at time but was clear on his messaging and the most important thing in my book took time to call back when he did.Hope his superiors recognised all the hard work he does in tough industry and the job can be lonely at times seems everyone against you but liam ticks all boxes in management in my book and Nottingham store in excellent conditions as well.
Karen was marvelous. She explained the process clearly and helped us through the process. The reason that I chose your firm was because of Karen's great ability to ease me through the process. Julian was also really helpful after we set up on the days that Karen was not there.
The staff at Access Stevenage are absolutely lovely. Unfortunately the company has decided that this location should close at 6pm on week days, 5pm on Saturdays and 4 pm in Saturdays. 6pm is too early during the week. When we rented a unit previously first in 2018-2020 and then 2022 to 2023 there was late opening. We did a move from Norwich on 19th March. The removal company packed up the Luton van by 2.45pm and we all arrived at Access Stevenage at 5.10pm. There was no way everything could be unpacked by 6pm. I did not have the required ID on me to arrange late access but the very kind (female) staff member stayed on late and we finished by 6.20pm. Whilst we were unpacking two other Luton vans arrived between 5.15pm and 6 pm and everyone was unhappy about the closing times. I wouLd suggest Access at least open until 7pm as it seems lots of people do try to get there after 5pm. It also made the move very stressful as the Norwich company would have been completely stuck had the Access staff member not kindly stayed open a bit longer for us. So 10/10 for the staff, but 5/10 for the company's opening hours
We moved storage to Access Self Storage in Mancherster and I dealt with a fantastic guy by the name of Luke - who made the entire relocation run so smoothly. He assisted in every step of the way including forklift assistance on arrival. Nothing was a problem and Luke did what ever it took to ensure the day went to plan. Thank you
