I recently took a storage room at access storage In Wandsworth, after seeing the 100sqf room I ordered i asked to cancel as wasn’t useable as the room was small and very high unless I took a ladder to store my stuff it wasn’t suitable , was told by staff member just to store there for a week to a more suitable room became available and then move my 100sqf of stuff again, i moved out of the store within 24 hours. Also the parking spaces in store are all rented out making near impossible to move you van to a bay once finished in a loading bay ( I had to wait 40 minutes just to get in the loading bay . I was advised by store to park down the road, I have stored in many storage facilities and this is by far the worst service I’ve ever received, if you have a complaint you can’t even speak to anyone, I had to deal with the store I was complaining about, I would recommend you using any of the other storage facilities near by. Also they change code for access every 2 hours so if I stored there i would be constantly sending new codes. Also there trolley for you to use are quite small it would of been hard to unload a sofa of a cupboard onto them
