An Excellent Storage Facility

My whole experience from enquiry stage to renting a unit has been easy and straightforward. Raphael and the team at the Northampton centre have been brilliant. They have delivered excellent customer service, which has really helped as this was the first time that I have rented a storage unit. The whole process has been effortless and I would highly recommend Access Storage Northampton.

First Class Service

First Class Service. From calling early in the morning with an urgent requirement, right through to closing the lock up at the end of the day, the whole process went very smooth. Great facilities, some staff needs better training

An employee at this company recommended me an unverified source for a man and van business to help me move in, despite my clear request for the contact of a trusted business. The man with a van turned out to be a criminal who attacked me and he was arrested. Access Self Storage staff and facilities are great, including excellent CCTV security coverage, but that experience with the man and van scarred me, physically and emotionally. I am grateful for their support after the incident, but they can definitely improve on whom they choose to recommend to their customers!!
