The only reason I rated four verses five stars is that the pants I originally ordered were described as white and they are actually off white and did not matchthe white of the sweatshirt I ordered. Wish the description had listed off white or ecru and I would have ordered a different pant. Customer service was grand in getting my exchange completed.
I really love the quality and style of both items I purchased from Ace Golfs. It's really hard to know whether clothing will be truly plus size. I ordered my normal size and both items fit well. One of my items was delivered across the street to the wrong building but was re-delivered within 24 hours. Overall, great experience.
Bought a polo top which did not suit me. I was told there would be a return fee and it had to be a trackable return. Cost of returning item from uk to Singapore was £22.00!! Plus the return fee. Won’t be using company again. Most retailers nowadays offer free returns.
I love Acegolf clothing! I have pants and tops and skirts recently I bought a pair of pants that I thought were windbreakers, but they weren’t. They fit great but I was thinking of returning them. Customer service department offered me a great alternative.
My 2 items of clothing arrived as ordered and of high quality. Unfortunately the shorts were too small, however the next size up was sent to me at no cost and without my having to return the original ones. The new pair fitted perfectly. Communication was timely and friendly. Nothing seemed to be a problem for the staff of this company. Many thanks. I'm sure I will be buying my golf clothes from Acegolfs in future.
