Review Time
I placed an order for multiple items over 4 weeks ago, and my order still hasn’t arrived. After several emails, I was told there was an error, and they are 're-shipping' it. It seems it was never sent. I received tracking for the re-shipment 4 days ago, but it indicates a tracking error and that the package is missing. This service feels questionable as I have not received my order from over a month ago, which were meant as gifts.
Acegolfs made it easy. I read the policy online and it said to contact the company. I emailed the details requested and asked how to proceed - fully expecting I would need to return the item, paying for some shipping, but because it was my first return and a sizing mistake, they processed the return right away even saying I didn’t have to return the item that was the incorrect size. I’m a loyal customer and this experience makes me even more impressed with Acegolfs
