The customer service staff at Acegolfs were incredibly helpful. I was in between sizes so needed to return my order for a different size. They were great about helping me determine the correct size and arranging an exchange for me. Lovely fabrics and quality!!
When you purchase clothing online, sizes very greatly internationally. The idea of having to go thru a returns process has always put me off buying online. My recent purchases from Acegolf requred me to return the clothing as the S size was too big and they didn't make it in XS. They couldn't have been more helpful.The products and service is better than 5 star.
I’m astonished that Al, who took care of my request, did so with professionalism, speed and kindness in offering to let me keep the larger jacket while I wait for the size I need. I will highly recommend your amazing company.
I have made 5 separate purchase. Quality great. Love the patterns. I always get compliments. Had to return 1 top that ran a little small. It mat take a couple weeks but very responsive to inquiries. Will definitely continue to shop with them!
I send several mails to service _ acegolfs.comAdditional photos and in the end my mails were ignored. Products , which are NOT fitting are still with me and no chance so far to send them back. I still hope that customer service will come back , but have my doubts after 2 weeks.After this complaint , I got the money for the not fitting clothes back - Thanks !
