I experienced the worst customer service. I returned several shoes due to inconsistent sizing. The returns department was overwhelmed, and after months, they claimed they hadn’t received my returns, despite delivery confirmation. The shoes are mediocre, and the customer service is terrible. I have proof of my returns, yet they never processed an exchange I requested. I never received my shoes, and they denied any refunds. This is unacceptable service.
I placed an order with expedited shipping but received an email three days later stating my order couldn’t be fulfilled. They offered a store credit or refund. I replied within ten minutes, but it’s been over a week with no response despite multiple follow-ups. I had to file a claim with my credit card. I recommend avoiding this company.
I can't review the shoes yet as they are stuck in customs. I assumed the Italian shoes would ship from Italy to Ireland, but they are coming from the USA. There was no commercial invoice included, causing a hold with FedEx. They have tried to reach out to the company but received no response. I just emailed them, so I hope to get an update soon.
The dress shoes are VERY comfortable. There was a time when I had to do door-to-door sales 12 hours a day, 6 days a week and Ace Marks were my only dress shoes at the time and they were very comfortable!
