Poor product and complaint handling

Within two weeks, a key part of the device broke—a small plastic nozzle that closes the water compartment. Without it, the device is unusable. When I contacted support, they claimed it was user damage and offered no assistance. My only option was to buy a new device. After expressing my frustration, they offered a 50% discount, which is still unacceptable. The issue remains unresolved, and they are legally obligated to repair or replace the product. I have given them multiple chances, but they refuse to comply, so I may have to take legal action.
