Unfortunately, there was no phone number available, so I filled out a cancellation form. Hours later, I was informed that it was too late to cancel. I could place an order with ease, but cancelling proved impossible. The next day, I received a tracking number indicating 'cancelled,' yet the funds were still being processed ($700 from my account). Two days later, the funds were processed, leaving me out $700 without the intended item. Now, I have to file a dispute with my bank after receiving no assistance and having no one to talk to directly. This has created a huge hassle right before the holidays. Initially, I considered reordering with a different card, but after this experience, I have no interest. Additionally, I found a similar product for half the price from another reputable company after doing some research.
