I have been an Adagio customer for over 15 years. The company does not disappoint! From the teas: quality, variety, to tea accessories: tea pots, cups, sugar, etc, to customer service: fast shipping, great online shopping experiences, this company is certainly “my cup of tea!”
I love my experience with Adagio! Their teas are excellent, shipping is quick, and customer service is top notch. It is so much fun to create my own personal tea blends with the help of the site. I highly recommend Adagio to everyone.
I've made several purchases from Adagio, and would definitely recommend to other tea drinkers. The site is easy to navigate, purchasing is simple, and they deliver promptly. Their prices are a little high, but the quality justifies that.
Adagio Teas has been my favorite tea-purchasing company for years, now. I've never received a bad tea (only things not to my taste, but never something of inferior quality), and I've never had a bad experience with their customer service. I have regularly interacted with their various social media accounts (I may or may not be in a relationship with their Twitter account....? I'm not sure, but there's definitely something going on there). I love them, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants good tea from a good company.
I love Adagio teas for so many reason. They have excellent teas and tea blends that contain whole tea leaves, not the small pieces that you receive from other vendors. The blends that I have tried have excellent flavor, and taste natural not artificial. They process and ship orders quickly, which is appreciated, and they are quick to respond to customer service inquiries. They have an excellent website with the ability to create your own blends of teas, and to participate in fandoms.
I've been buying tea from this site for 5+ years. I started when their custom teas became popular among fan communities, and have remained a loyal customer ever since! Their teas are exceptional quality, and there are always new blends and opportunities to get samples. I also appreciate that you can get discounts with their rewards program, where every $10 spent = $1 off. The one con for me is that I live outside the continental US, so I don't have the option for the cheaper ground shipping and have to pay around $9+ for shipping. I tend to order in bulk and use my rewards points, but still a bummer. I hope they are able to offer better shipping rates to my area in the future.
I've had nothing but great service and better tea from Adagio. Their prices are fair (looking at you Teavana....) and they have a great cause. This is honestly how all companies should be run. Have a great product, treat your customers well, and do the right thing. I'm happy every time I get to hand them my money
