Tees Valley Tyne and Wear customer service is so bad. Ive been chasing up problems I’ve had for years. To then be told the problems were never reported. I then found the email trail from my side and email responses from the company. Sent this in and shock there’s no response. I’ve rang multiple times and get no further. Who else can I complain to
Do not give a generic response saying email customer support. She’s useless and all she could say was they don’t loose emails when on a email from Gleeson they said there wasn’t any evidence. When evidence was sent in it all goes quiet
Unfortunately, the condition of the garden is just another problem on top of several others that Gleeson Homes continue to ignore. The lawn is completely waterlogged, with standing water and mud beneath the grass, making the garden unusable. This clearly points to poor drainage and substandard preparation before the turf was laid.
For a new-build property, this level of workmanship is unacceptable. Despite raising multiple issues, there appears to be little urgency from Gleeson to properly address them. We expected far better aftercare and accountability.
Very disappointing experience overall.
We cannot commend Karen the Sales Advisor at Mynster View enough for the warmth professionalism sh9wn to us today. From the detailed information regarding the development the individual plots to the wider surrounding area. This combined with the apparent high build quality and the setting of the development has resulted in our reservation for a property being placed today
Pleased to note that I had a positive experience as a first time buyer at Firbeck Fields, it was a smooth sailing process thanks to Sue the sales executive who was professional and helpful with providing important information. I had a home demonstration with Darren French and he explained the practical bits. I completed within 4 weeks and I'm currently enjoying my new home.
I’m extremely disappointed with the after-sales customer service from Glesson Homes at the Safari development. Since completion, communication has been poor, ineffective, and frustratingly slow.I raised a report asking a very basic and reasonable question: why is communication so poor when an issue is logged? There has been little to no meaningful feedback, no clear updates, and no sense of urgency. Correspondence feels one-sided, with homeowners left chasing for answers.A key issue is the garden turf, which was included as part of the contract. It has now been over six weeks since completion, and the turf is still not done. Despite repeated queries asking when the turf will be completed, there has been no clear timeline provided. It feels as though we are expected to wait until it is simply convenient for Glesson Homes to fulfil their contractual obligations. For a new-build home, this level of after-sales service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase basic works or be left in the dark with vague or no responses. Glesson Homes seriously needs to improve their communication, accountability, and respect for homeowners once contracts are signed and completion has taken place.
Lamentable customer care when you want something put right. They only correct issues if they can attribute the fault to a sub contractor, I.e no cost to Gleeson. They put profit before customer, & speak untruths. Workmanship usually shoddy. Site managers not managing sub contract work.

Marilyn the sales advisor at SaddlersFields Gosberton has been veryhelpful in answering all my questions about the shared ownership bungalow. She also went a step further in finding out about publictransport and shopping in the areaand I thank her for that.
The experience was extremely pleasant, informative and both Angie and Stella were extremely helpful, very well presented and personable. Although the show houses were well decorated and furnished, we were put off by the uninteresting design of the superstructure and the industrial estate opposite the site.
