5 billion stars would still not adequately reflect how much I value, appreciate and love ADHDvision. This community has not only saved my life, but it has profoundly changed my life. I signed up because I knew that the science was spot on and that it would help me get my life together. At the time, I had no idea how profoundly it would change how I view myself, how I talk to myself and how productive I would become. The founders have created a space that is constantly evolving to meet its member’s needs. The coaches are so freaking smart and share tools with us that support success. The coaches support us in Focus Sessions (which has increased my productivity exponentially) in a myriad of ways: with empathy, support and tools that are often fine-tuned to help each individual. This is a global community and members range in age from 17-80 and are kind and supportive. We lift each other up. Everyone here understands the struggle of living with ADHD. The program offers so many ways to improve your life and has been set up in such a way, that as you go through each step you become stronger and more knowledgeable than before. It is of course up to each person to show up and take advantage of everything that is offered.
