Great support and community

I've really loved this program so far. I've had it for about 5 months at the time of writing this review. I'm new to the ADHD diagnosis and was just trying to find something to help me do the dishes more than once a week, basically, and fighting major stagnation. I joined on an impulse and was really glad I did. I've been able to do a lot more than the dishes! I've been on and off with my consistency at times...certain days I find it hard to self-motivate but it's good to know that the platform, the coaches and the community are there when I need them. I really love the coaches, overall. Of course, some "click" more with me than others. I do think someone else's review made a good point that if you don't like one coach, you might not appreciate jumping into a focus session and not knowing who you're going to get. However, for me, it's not been a problem, and I find I get things done no matter what focus session I've joined. I really love how a few of them also make special attention to write comments in response to my posts and keep the support going, it's really sweet. I know that no matter what I post, probably at least one person or one coach will reply with encouragement... often it's a LOT more than that! That means a lot to me. I love writing/posting comments and wins and stories!! It's really great to have people there to share your journey or to cheer others on during theirs.I don't watch too many of the videos, but I get a lot out of them when I do. I just feel like everyone in the community has been open and supportive and it's been a real blessing in my life, not only to get things done (like massive decluttering of my apartment that I've lived in for 13 years) but also to chip away at boring or painful tasks, or make sure I get some rest and relaxation in, which I tend to forget. Often I'm getting inspired by others in the community or getting ideas about what I can do that I hadn't thought of before. I also really appreciate the variety of different sessions (like Tidy Tribe tidying sessions! As well as meditation, dancing, journaling and live calls). It's just a cool variety and I like that I can jump in when the mood strikes. Thank you to Nik and everyone! I feel bad for those who have had a bad experience or find it to be too expensive, because I think the core energy of this program is really authentic and very supportive. At least that's been my experience. Hopefully whatever issues people have can be remedied to keep it going strong and work for even more people.

Wow! Mind blowing method

Not only do the focus sessions and the body-doubling method help me work more consistently with like-minded people, but the membership has also opened up a truly positive community for me. We support, motivate, and cheer each other on—which has had a positive effect I didn't expect when I first joined. The focus sessions and the community give me a sense of confidence and reassurance that I'll be able to complete my dissertation over the next two years, working back-to-back with others in the sessions!

The rare program that delivers on its promises.

I was late diagnosed as an adult and joined FR after therapy and a lot of other attempts hadn’t sufficiently addressed my core issues. I knew body doubling helped in real life but doubted whether Nik could have actually put together a 24/7 program that delivered on its extravagant promises, but with a course I’d barely started on and an international move coming up, I was desperate. And here is the weird part… by paying this monthly fee, which isn’t cheap, I have saved probably a few thousand dollars in just a few months. It’s hard to articulate how helpful it is to have paid, trained, caring individuals leading you to do the annoying stuff that would otherwise go months or years undone, but it is. I successfully completed my journalism course and ended up getting back over $2,000 equivalent in taxes simply because I had a structure in place to help me get those things done, and a community in which to share about it.It’s hard to put into words how amazing it is to finally have a community of people who don’t shame me for being forgetful, distractable or (alternatively) obsessed/hyper-focused about a given topic. It feels like coming home to a very unique, driven group of people who are kind and understand—and best of all, the majority of my experiences have happened in lieu of the founder’s presence. While he is present now, it’s important for a program to be self-sustaining as opposed to a cult of personality, and FR achieves that. So, TL, DR: it is as good as it sounds. Try it if you are frustrated, need structure, and appreciate consistency.

Getting stuff done

Being part of Focus Revolution has changed helped me to make plans and finish them. It's a great community and supports everyone in whatever way they need. Just a check in, or an accounatability partner. I would recommend it for anyone who struggles with procrastination.

An investment in me!

What you get:- A safe community to be yourself- 24/7 Focus sessions (body doubling) with a certified coach- Regular challenges to help you rewire core beliefs- Specialist coached sessions (Meditation, Entrepreneurs, Meal Prep, Plan your week, Social Connection, Dance, Accountability Partners, Live calls with ADHD specific topics and experts)I am waiting for referrals for ADHD and Autism, after years of cyclical breakdowns, misdiagnosis as clinically depressed and generally just not succeeding as well as my counterparts. The internal self talk to explain all this “I wouldn’t want their job anyway!” or changing jobs every few years because I’m bored of this one now. My house is always cluttered and cleaning was generally done with the seasons and not much in between.I started to suspect I had ADHD traits after being around others with ADHD, and working with people who were struggling with neurodiversity in my role as a Disability Network Chair for my organisation (I am visually impaired due to a genetic condition). So I started reading up on how ADHD looks in older women (51 years young) and Autism to realise that whilst I felt like I was just a fairly neutral person, always being able to see both sides, it was mainly because I have a brain that is constantly fighting with itself, so I’m used to being ON both sides. It’s exhausting!I saw a reel from ADHDVision about the ADHD Revolution Community on Skool. It was free to join that community so I took the plunge and signed up. There was a big enrollment at that time (Feb 2025) so we had a small active core group posting and asking questions. Then the coaches ran a challenge week, which gave us daily zoom check-ins so it brought the group together and it felt great to feel part of a tribe that understood and had the same challenges.Of course the free community is a funnel into the paid community and this is where many will switch on their cynical stance and get mad. I know I did. It felt like I was just a cash cow, a means to fund someone else’s lifestyle and I resisted. I put the community at arms length. I told myself I didn’t need the community anyway. Over the next few weeks, I realised I was falling back into old patterns, my productivity was down, my motivation was gone and my sense of wellbeing was slowly flatlining. A real come down after winning the challenge week. I won a 1:1 coaching session, which I booked in with one of the coaches and that was it. I realised if I wanted to be a better me, then I needed to invest in me.I’ve been in the paid community since 18th April 2025, when I also hit complete burnout with work and ended up having to take sick leave. In my head I rage quit work, I was never going back to that place, I mean I had only been there for 16 years, my longest ever employment! I love my job, I love the people, I love the values we have. But a massive change to my team, and leadership had me wanting to quit then and there.Through ADHDVision and the Focus Revolution community I have navigated myself out of burnout, I have started building a passion project, which I hope I will transition to my main work one day and I addressed all the emotions (supported with counselling) the work place has created. I plan to return to work in 2 weeks, which times perfectly with a new challenge ‘Rest and Recharge’. Where we are challenging ourselves to show up and give ourselves permission to take breaks. Not sit and doomscroll whilst berating ourselves for all the things we know we should do but just can’t make ourselves do, rather to actively choose to rest and recharge so we can do the things we should and need to do, not just put all the energy into our latest hyperfocus project.I am turning my world into a place where I thrive on my terms and it’s the best investment I have ever made.

I joined 2 weeks ago

I joined 2 weeks ago, I was unsure if it was legit or a scam.. there were certainly red flags that it might be, but there was also too much that was landing with me, so for $200 I chose to roll the dice. Let me tell you, the system works - the focus sessions work. I did 5 hours of uninterrupted work yesterday, you just have to try it for yourself. The community is awesome but small and still growing. The coaches are great at what they do. I'll update this in 6-12 months. But for the ongoing cost of $30 a week.. it's expensive, but the value I'm getting out of it.. it's worth it!

It scares me to think where I would be had I not found this program

It scares me to think where I'd be had I not found this program. I've been part of Adhdvision since the Inception. Staying in this program has been the most consistent I've ever been in my life. The people are just good people. They are supportive, real and they truly get what it's like to live with ADHD. Nik and the staff are truly amazing. They consistently show up for us. They're kind, and they know exactly how to keep us going without judgment. For someone like me, staying on track and feeling understood used to feel overwhelmingly impossible. This program has helped me to prove to myself that I can show up again and again. I'm so grateful for this space and the community behind it. Right before I found this program I gave up on everything. I feel like I had watched and read everything there was about ADHD but it didn't help me. I started sinking into depression and a week later I found this program and I've been here ever since. Again I have to say, it scares me to think where I'd be had I not found this program.

Game changing

I've been following ADHDVision on Facebook for a while, totally resonating with what Nik says. The 8D audio/binaural beats recommended have been life changing, i dont listen to music any other way, its so soothng.I attended a live webinar detailing the products available. I took the plunge and joined. I had my first focus session and WOW it was totally a life changer, productive, feeling accomplished and getting stuff done. You can use the sessions for anything you want to achieve, eg getting out of bed to responding to emails, painting a room. You can stay in the sessions for more than 1 block, brilliant. The coaches are incredible, supportive and motivating. I had my first live group with Nik yesteday, delivering a specific topic of interest. It was incredible to interact with fellow ADHDers and to speak with Nik.The community is so supportive and often come up with great ideas.if you're thinking of joining, do, you won't regret it. There is a wealth an depth to this product that could change your life too.

Gamechanger

So many sites promise to help you change your life to the better, and so many of them don't. This one, however, do. ADHDvision have the tools, the knowledge, the coaches, the passion and the people, the tribe you never thought you had, that makes life as ADHD'er so much more easy and interesting! I am so glad I stumbled into one of Nik's videos at youtube.com. It did change my life, for the better!

Adhd Vision is SUPER HELPFUL.

Adhd Vision is SUPER HELPFUL.I am AuDHD and have struggled a lot in different professional fields (I have an academic background in social sciences and am a Yoga and language teacher working online), especially due to overwhelming environments and not always supportive working atmospheres, as well as all the symptoms caused by Adhd and autism.I am a member of Adhd Vision since April 2025.Adhd Vision gives its members a 24/7 Body-doubling opportunity online via Focus Sessions (1 hour duration each) on Zoom. Once booked a session, members access an online space where a certified coach (all of them are fabulous with their different personalities!) opens the focus session with short dopamine boosters that vary, e.g. music, meditation, a short quiz, some stretching,... Members are invited to share their exact plan for the 50 min session and commit to stick to it. After 50 mins, members are invited to share their wins during the session and will be guided once more in some kind of supportive activity to boost dopamine + a positive mood. Besides, the community offers other activites such as online dancing & much more, such as videos about Adhd. As I haven't tried them, I cannot review these. The founder of Adhd vision is himself has Adhd and is a worldwide leading expert in the field. Nik has created a unique space and is doing a really great job, helping lots of people suffering from Adhd with his special creation. Adhd Vision will most surely grow a lot in the next decades! From a professional point of view (I have done research on Adhd and autism and myself hold workshops for professionals in pedagogic working fields) as well as from my personal experience I can highly recommend ADHD Vision!
