Transforming ADHD into a Superpower with Focus Revolution (fr)

I joined Focus Revolution after an inspiring webinar by Nik, the founder, who showed how ADHD could be transformed into a superpower. Since joining, I've experienced significant growth, especially in emotional regulation. The training and resources have facilitated more progress than I ever achieved in therapy. The platform's value is remarkable, particularly the 24/7 support from life coaches during focus sessions. This real-time guidance ensures consistent productivity and focus, crucial for managing ADHD. The personalized insights and ADHD-specific tools, like goal-setting frameworks and accountability check-ins, enhance their effectiveness and are worth the investment. The community is amazing—supportive and nonjudgmental. Despite being online, it feels interactive and lets you be yourself without a mask. For anyone considering joining, dive in and participate. The social opportunities and productivity boosts are invaluable, and the support is always there when you need it. Everything Nik promised has been true for me, and it can be for you too!

The ADHD revolution

The focus sessions, the heart of Focus Revolution, largely help overcome task paralysis thanks to the accountability of the community. The warm, fun and supportive coaches really get ADHD. The tribe/ community on Focus Revolution is one I have not seen anywhere else. For the first time I have friends who were like me. I've made connections and friendships that are on another level. Within few weeks I was closer to my FR friends than my neurotypical best friends I've had for years. Everyone is extremely supportive. You can post asking questions and people are the first to help and advise. It's more than just a tool to help ADHD, it's a program encompassing many areas of ADHD as a whole, for best results. There are weekly sessions for mindfulness, dance, working out, meal prep, journalling etc. All things that we know are helpful for ADHD but that we struggle doing. I hate working out and hadn't done so in years, but I joined a workout session, loved it and have been doing it regularly now. Once a week there's a live call/Q&A with Nik/a coach and a guest (sometimes heavyweights in the field eg Dr Ed Hallowell, Dale Archer etc)Niklas, who runs ADHDVision, one of the most popular ADHD youtube channels, has even incorporated informative bite sized course videos. His take and strategies to tackle ADHD and turn it into a strength are novel and he gives accurate science backed information both on his channel and the program in a fun, engaging, relatable and informative way. He is one of the best ADHD lifestyle mentors out there thanks to his unique approach, personality and down to earth self (and eye candy haha)As a medical doctor with ADHD seeing patients with ADHD, I can vouch for this program. I've recommended watching the youtube channel to several of my patients because I know it will help them (with no affiliation or sponsoring). As constructive criticism, being a Dr, what I would like to see is more dialogue around ADHD medication which is an integral part of ADHD management. Having not needed meds for the first 10 years of being diagnosed in my 20s, when the load of life and demands got heavier in my 30s, needing to juggle work, taking care of the home, parenting, self care etc single handedly, I was drowning and treading water. I did try (other) body doubling services during that period, none as good as Focus Revolution, while it absolutely helps, it might not go the whole mile when the going gets tough and the mental and actual workload increase. While most meds in general do have side effects, so do ADHD meds, being mostly stimulant based (eg dry mouth, loss of appetite, palpitations, nausea, crash as meds wear off.) Often these wear off after few weeks. I developed tolerance to the first medication I tried and had to try 3 different meds before landing on the right one for me. While meds are not a cure all, and neither is behavioural therapy or body doubling, they can be a huge help to deal with executive dysfunction. Meds changed my life for the better-I have motivation, mental clarity, am less scattered, have more energy and procrastinate less. For the rest of the time, specially when my meds wear off, or I'm having a bad brain day due to lack of sleep or hormones etc, the focus sessions have been very valuable to help bridge the gap, working almost as well as medication, as an external source of motivation through accountability.Even on good brain days, even if I maybe wouldn't have have needed focus sessions thanks to my pill fuelled motivation and no task paralysis, getting on a focus session gets me laser focused on my tasks, giving me structure and additional layer of accountability as well as company and valuable connection with other ADHDers. It removes all the noise and gets me to get a lot more done in less time. The focus sessions have been one of the factors behind the successful completion of my dissertation (a cross sectional study I conducted), which wouldn’t have been the same without them. Working on deadlines is now fun, with marathon focus sessions and the focus friends cheering me on. The sessions help me tackle boring housework/paperwork, do my AM/PM routines, make time for self care etc.The best part is when they help me get out of task paralysis on bad days. You just have to say the word and people and the coach on the FS will be encouraging you and magically getting you unstuck, to overcome task inertia. I remember being in task paralysis for 2 hours on the couch, I got on the FS and one focus friend said, "Come on! Let's do it together, I need to get up too". We counted to 5, got up at the same time and seconds later I was ready to do my tasks. Focus Revolution has a magic not found elsewhere. I’ve been grateful for it ever since I joined few months ago. I cannot recommend it enough. It's transformational and gold for any ADHDer.

Too expensive and support is bad

This platform is good, it has a lot on it and a huge community. The coaches are mostly great and very helpful. There are different weekly meeting additional to the hourly focus session which you can attend whenever you want. However the focus session wear off after a while. In the beginning its motivating but after some months the effect is not the same anymore. And a had a bad experience with one of the coaches - if you schedule a focus session you never know who will be the coach, which made it difficult for me attend them after that experience. Also in my opinion its too expensive. The entry fee is very high and the monthly fee isn't cheap either. Also the video to get the link to the platform felt like a scam. I don't know why Nik feels like its necessary to get the people on the platform with a scam-like video... Where I have to discount further stars is that the membership can't be paused, and the support is very bad. I wanted to pause and then get back in - it was not possible, I would have had to pay the entry fee again. Therefore I left for good.

My first week of joining I unlocked a 93-hour work week and it opened my mind to the power of the focus sessions. If I want to stay consistent being productive, the Focus Sessions help immensely. I can push through tired barriers to get things done. I highly recommend Focus Revolution for anyone wanting to unlock productivity, have effective coaching, and belong to a community of amazing people!

LIFE CHANGING!

This service changed my life last year!Whenever I struggle and cannot peel myself off my phone, I jump onto a focus session and suddenly I created the feeling of urgency that every person with ADHD needs to get stuff done!I struggled with consistency, but last year I learned this and - lost 30kg of body fat- overcame my big aversion to learning about nutrition and cooking - passed my car theory test questions 100%- focus sessions helped me to get ready for my driving lessons on time - some extremely helpful people from the program helped me to manage stress on the practical car test and I PASSED!!- focus sessions helped me with so many various tasks I couldn't all mention, but cleaning, tidying and washing the dreaded dishes all got way easier! Now with the foundations I laid last year of consistency and self discipline I will continue finally building my dream life at soon 37 years of age😃I couldn't live without focus sessions anymore!I think everyone should give it a go, there's 30 day money back guarantee, so you have nothing to loose🙂If you're fed up with life being so hard, why not to give yourself a gift of a helping hand and support, because IF NOT NOW, WHEN????

🌟 It is real, authentic and very close to the people. 🌟

I know a lot about the education, personal development, etc. industry. I have also looked at other programs, coaching and groups and ADHD Vision is excellent on all levels for me.- The price is absolutely fair for what it offers!- The 24/7 focus sessions are so helpful and the crucial missing tool for completing your tasks with the help of a community.- The trained coaches are not only super friendly but also experts and always available for me.- The community is so friendly, helpful & international.- The weekly live call is my anchor in the week to recharge with good vibes & energy- The rest of the offerings such as mindfulness, sport, meal prep or journaling are simply amazingFor me, it does everything I need to finally get into my super power and I can recommend it to you from the bottom of my heart. It is real, authentic and very close to the people.

ADHD Game Changer

Focus Revolution has been a game-changer for me. The community is supportive, empathetic, and creates an inclusive environment where everyone’s journey is valued. The focus sessions are life-changing, with experts offering great tips and making you feel like you're working alongside coworkers. I’ve also made new friends along the way. It’s easily one of my favorite ADHD support resources, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking motivation and community.

The Focus Sessions work excellent

The Focus Sessions are available for 24/7, the coaches are really nice and also look at your progress, what is really helpful. They also give some insights and tips how to create a good working atmosphere and how to focus on the job on hand. I red a lot of self help books and tested time-boxing, work scheduling, pomodoro, 5/25 to do list, the 5 points to do list. Nothing worked good, the focus sessions work really good.

This programme is absolutely great, the community is super helpful and it helped me a lot with my ADHD struggles. The coaches do an amazing job and the ressources in the classroom tab are quite thoughtful. There are social meetings, plan your week meetings, meal prepping, exercising meeting, all on top of 24/7 hourly meetings to keep you focused!

The thing that works

Even though I go through some trauma heling process and don't use the platform so often. The platform still remains the most productive way for me to do tasks at hand. I never used medications but this is the one real tool I go to once I know I have to do things, and I feel I won't be able to do it on my own
