Our manager prepared a realistic service charge budget calculation and ensured all leaseholders were promptly paying. We have had a major cashflow problem before and were paying for too much!! Since Advance came on board they reduced the charges by 40% and managed to get all the debt in too. We now pay less and get more works done. We decided as Board to use the savings made and pump it in the reserve fund. Best decision we made.
We have been working with Advance Block Management for the last 7 years and they assisted us with major works that were desperately needed on our block. There are 5 blocks in our estate which is all under Advance management with a total of 155 apartments. We couldn't be more happy and can see us staying for many years to come.
Customer service and communication very bad. Property managers ignoring the issues and not efficient. Service charge and lease bills are always wrong ,even corrections are wrong. Service around the building is not good.Very disappointed and not recommended.

Tanya Gill has been simply excellent . She takes the time to engage with the owners and brings the comfort which was inexistant with the previous management company. She has adopted an entrepreneurial approach whereby each and every expense is appraised on cost/ benefit before making the expense. I was impressed with call outs which are now grouped to avoid single call out charges. Every penny counts. Thank you for the communication through the newsletter which is invaluable. Our account manager Ali Shah is honestly amazing. He has made a stressful time selling our property so much easier and has gone out of his way to get information to solicitors quickly.
