OK I have spoken to Tanya And there has obviously been some miscommunication I was told that there were funds still outstanding after our arrangement ceasedBut I have since received an update from a representative of the companyI will say that when jobs and issues are reported that continuous feedback to Lease holder Be given because my reports and issues were blocked by the freeholder . This caused confusion about efficiency and timescale Cannot praise Tanya enough if you are working with her you will be OK
I wish to thank ABM for their great work in managing my apartment block in Sale M33. My special thanks go to Ali, Tanya and their team who oversee day to day operations there. Ali and Tanya would reply to my emails promptly, genuinely work on issues, explore options, provide updates either personally or via newsletter, and most importantly, let you see results. The latest bills from them also saw an unexpected decrease in fees which comes as a nice surprise in this challenging time. I think ABM is exemplary and we need more of these good companies in the UK. Many thanks.
A big thank you to Advance. Since having them as our agent in January 2020 they have increased the cleaning schedule on our site to daily cleaning which was the same price we were paying with the previous agent for bi-weekly cleaning!The gardening visit increased to twice a month from irregular visits with the previous agent.Our insurance and electricity cost was reduced.Their advice to repairs and maintenance is savings itself and they think out of the box. Didn't realise how much was involved in maintenance duties until seeing how they were working as our agents. Again a big thank you. James
From the perspective of a leaseholder under Advance BM for the past 4 years. This is a company to be avoided at all costs. Totally ignore the grandstanding propaganda on their website, quoting professionalism, honesty, integrity, and transparency. What you can expect however, is a lack of professionalism, deceitful tactics, with an absolute minimum of either integrity or transparency. Their use of residents funds are often wasteful and ineffective. On a more positive note, so long as you are subservient and prepared to be used as a "cash cow" you may well indeed find them to be somewhat acceptable. Overall, a woeful and disreputable company to deal with.
I'm living in a property ran by advance block management, during last month I'm asking them for some support as I consider CPM is abusing and not doing a good job at the car park, at the moment I only got "I'm sorry to heard about it, u need to contact them". Such a big help when even the pictures I sent to them prove I'm right. Not happy at all with both companies. CPM allowed by Advance Block Management
