The calendars came as PDF, not hard copy, as well. The ones I received were referring to my partner as a him when it was a her. There is no way to contact them. Their response to emails are generic. The best way to get after them is to wait till next year and start lamb basting them with comments on Facebook and other.
The calendar is not sent to you as a phisical copy. They’ll send you a PDF. When you ask for explanation they send an email of reply pre-written saying that the website is clear that is only an online copy. When you ask for your money back the block you and now I can’t see their website or instagram anymore, “page not found”.
This company is a scam; they keep rebranding every year to rip off people who don't read the fine print (like me; I am one of those suckers). Advertising a physical advent calendar for you and your partner, which is actually a PDF calendar that apparently gets emailed to you on the last day of November. I never even got the PDF and successfully got a cashback from my bank because they were declared fraudulent. Google Advent Amour, that's who they were last year.
