Review Time
We had a booking for a transfer in Tenerife for our flight back to the UK. The recommended time for UK travellers to arrive 2 and a half hours before the flight, we were informed that the time we would be picked up was 2 hours before our flight. When we tried to arrange an earlier time, we had to content with an AI chat bot that didn't understand what we were asking for, and then when finally got to a human we were told it was too late to arrange to be picked up earlier, and when pressed they insisted that it wasn't possible. Times for pick up are only provided 24 hours ahead of the departure, we checked within 15 minutes of the time was made available and asked for a change straight away.
The idea that 24 hours is too late to adjust is frankly shameful when that is the only time pick up is confirmed. The customer service we received was poor and the insistance that making changes was not possible is bizarre. How that time was decided in the first place is concerning especially when they have our flight information.

This company is utterly disgraceful and disgusting with the service they provide. On arrival our driver left us even though she didn’t get the go ahead from the customer service desk to leave (they confirmed this, that she does not speak Spanish therefore there’s a language barrier and they are struggling when it comes to communicating with her). We waited for 55 minutes in the airport for her to do all her transfers to get us. Which meant we missed things we had booked at the hotel. The company stated because it was over an hours there is nothing they can do. They are distasteful in the way they treat customers. Very dismissive and no regards for paying customers. I will avoid at all cost.
Seriously?? £84.10 for one person to travel from Dalaman to Kalkan ?? In December. After Cmas? One-Way?? Well. There's Profit Margins. And then there is GREED. Utterly disgusting. Will not use your services again. Even if I have to spend night/day at airport or other. #DISGUSTED.
Great service for independent travellers needing transfer. I have booked several times. For the latest trip, they provided an esim for arrival to provide data for immediate communication on arrival abroad. I needed to cancel my trip way after I booked and on cancellation provided a timely refund without penalty for the trips that I didn't take.
Didn't turn up for hotel to airport which had been arranged by British Airways! This despite me confirming pick up details and then sending me back an email confirmation. When the hotel called them they couldn't offer any explanation. A complete shower and cowboy outfit. DO NOT BOTHER USING THEM!!!!
