I use MAXQDA both for teaching qualitative data analysis and for my own research projects, particularly in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. The software provides a reliable and flexible environment for managing complex research processes, and the continuous development of new features together with strong community support makes it a valuable long-term research tool.
10+ years using MAXQDA, it never disappoints. I've tried several qualitative analysis software, and MAXQDA has the easiest, prettiest, most intuitive and most functional interface. It doesn't glitch and lose all your coding like NVIVO, and their customer service is incredible. I haven't had many issues or concerns at all, but the few times that something came up— whether related to function or pricing— their customer service replies very fast, are always kind, and solutions-oriented. I love it.

This is great software, developed by a great team. Having used Verbi products for a decade, I find them to be the best qualitative and mixed analysis software available. I’m also a fan of how intuitive, flexible and user-friendly the Maxqda interface is — even advanced features can be mastered quickly. I also like how Verbi creates a network of users and provides educational events and materials. They're also super friendly.
