The server panel fails to open, and communication with the staff is challenging. As a previous user of a similar service, I cannot endorse this one. During my experience, the server frequently crashed, sometimes requiring hours to come back online. Contacting support was also difficult, as they would close tickets without explanation. The worst part was the panel being down for days or weeks without any updates, leaving users in limbo. Even the forums listed on their site were inactive. My suggestion to the team is to be more transparent and responsive to users, and to inform them of any issues with the panel.
My friends and I purchased a server from their website, upgrading from a basic package to a higher one, yet we still face the same issues with frequent shutdowns. I attempted to submit a ticket on their Discord server, but new members can't even do that. Overall, a very disappointing experience; I plan to switch to another host once this subscription expires. 2/10 would not recommend.
