Ordered a “add on” set when purchasing a larger set. Took over a month to receive the add on, which arrived missing several bags and instruction manual. Stand that was ordered did not arrive either. Constantly was given the run around about where and when my package would arrive. Demanded refund and was told couldn’t be given because the set was in transit which made no sense. Was sent a email with link asking what pieces were missing which I found funny because I have zero clue what pieces there are. Continued demands for refund and keep getting stall tactic emails. Filed complaint with BBB. sadly they are partnered with Gov X and Wounded Warriors and apparently claim to give a set to someone when a set is ordered. Would like to see if thats really happening. Scam artists
I placed an order on 16 November and their shipping policy was 3-4 days processing time + shipping time. A few days after my purchase the company sent out a notice of their Holiday delivery policy that stated 10 days processing. I asked them if I could pay for priority processing, the said no. It is now 27 November and the status hasn’t changed (still processing the order).
Placed my order on October 27th it is now November 26th and their tracking says they are still waiting on the carrier to pick it up. When I emailed they said there are high order volumes slowing things. They continue to send me adds listing 3-7 day shipping. I would hold off the review until the set got here but wanted to warn folks if you are Christmas shopping don't count on getting it in time.
Ordered two Star Wars sets, it took over two weeks to receive items. Upon starting to build the first set I came across numerous missing pieces and the motorized part of the set did not work properly, when motor is turned on the set does not perform as advertised. falls apart. Requested on numerous occasions to return item, as of today the only correspondence I receive from them is I can request missing parts by describing the part. Still no response on my request to return items. I would definitely not recommend this company. They indicate they are customer service oriented but in fact they are not. You can not contact them via phone as there is not a number you can call.
I ordered to Mercedes F1 car. They advertised 3-7 day shipping. It took 15 days to arrive. It arrived in a taped up shipping bag with the instructions and decal sheets slightly rumpled along the edges. Two of the decals were printed backward. I’m still waiting for a response from them. The parts look and feel like LEGO but many of the pins don’t fit together perfectly. I had to pinch many of the pins together to get them to fit. Had some pins that were too big and some too small. The instructions are not as clear but if you have done several sets you can get the idea. The parts did arrive in individual bags but not all parts are included in each numbered bag. Some of the parts used widely come in their own bag and are used across several steps. The final product looks just like the LEGO version. To the untrained eye, you can’t tell the difference. The price of their set was $70 vs LEGO at $230. My expectations were not high so I’m actually quite pleased with the quality for the price.
I’m very disappointed with my order. The building block set arrived after more than a month, and it was shipped from China, even though that was not clearly stated. The prices in China are also much lower than on the website, which feels misleading.On top of that, many pieces were bent or didn’t fit properly, and one entire bag of bricks is missing, which means I can’t even finish building the set. Overall, a very frustrating experience and I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying from this seller.
