I bought a bed from the Glendale, Arizona location. The rail had a knot and it broke in half. I paid for the service to fix my rails. They first lost my rails, when I had an appointment, got cancelled, then rescheduled, they came to add the rails to my bed and they cracked my headboard on the upper left top pulling it out behind my dresser. One guy put my bed together when it takes two guys because it’s a heavy bed. The bolts are stripped, headboard cracked. The tech guy scratch my wall, cracked my headboard, I was trying to get out of my driveway and his truck was in the way to get him two more bolts from Ace Hardware. He left unfinished work when I paid for this services. His supervisor was in the truck upset because he was slow, maybe he should have helped him. When it takes two guys. Now AFW giving me grief, telling me it’s not unwarranty when they damaged my headboard, bed is lazy due to one man installing, walls damaged, my underground garbage bin is damaged trying to get out. This is uncalled and poor customer service. You can’t speak to a manager because they don’t have one your dealing with a call center unfamiliar with terminology. They want me to pick up my mattress and take a picture of the stripped bolts and everything else. I have taken numerous of photos. And the are playing games

Disappointing Experience Despite Great Salesperson

I wish I had more positive things to share. The salesperson was fantastic, but that was the highlight! My second experience was frustrating after the sale; the delivery was a complete joke! I attempted to reach the customer support team and was on hold for 40 minutes, only to be advised to visit the store in person. Good luck with that! The prices are decent and the salesperson was excellent, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end!

Regrettable Experience

I wish I had something positive to share. The representative was fantastic, but that's where the good part ends! My second experience post-sale was disappointing; the delivery was a joke! After spending 40 minutes on hold to reach customer support, I was advised to visit the store instead. The prices are decent, and the representative was great, but unfortunately, that’s the only highlight!

Deteriorating Service

The company has really declined in its efforts to compete with online retailers. We ordered living room furniture with extra fees for a guaranteed delivery time, yet it arrived three hours late. We missed an important moment with our grandson because of this. Save yourself the hassle and opt for a more reliable service.

Unfair Treatment of Seniors

Accompanied my elderly mother, who lives on a budget, to the store and felt she was taken advantage of. She was charged both a restocking and delivery fee twice. The movers didn’t even try to bring the couch into her apartment and charged a 15% restocking fee. The salesperson was rude and unhelpful. My mother ended up with a smaller couch for almost the same price, which doesn't suit her needs. It's disheartening to see such treatment towards vulnerable customers.

Disappointing Experience

Extremely disappointing. It felt like classic bait and switch tactics. I was renting a small unit for $30 a month, which was already too high. When I switched to auto-pay, they attempted to charge me nearly $70! When I inquired about the sudden price increase, they had no explanation, citing 'inflation.' I canceled my service and purchased the same model brand new for $550. Problem solved.

Poor Customer Service

Visited the store to buy two recliners and a rug. After explaining my needs at the customer service counter, I was told to wait in the recliner area for assistance. After 20 minutes, I noticed several salespeople standing around on their phones. It felt like they didn't care about helping customers.

Frustrating Warranty Experience

Purchased a sectional that broke within a month. After reporting it, I was told someone would come to inspect it, but after weeks of waiting, I was told to email pictures and receipts. After more delays and being passed around, I was informed I wasn't eligible for repair. This experience feels like a scam, and the lack of a proper return policy is unacceptable.
