I had a very pleasant experience at Agagsia Dental. They made it pleasurable to do business with. Dilek, Fatima and Dilara were all fantastic, they made my visit very memorable.
I am really sad to have to write this but im suffered months of physical pain and mental trauma and I dont wish for a to go through the same thing.
I originally visited the clinic to have 23 crowns, 4 implants and 3 root canals. However this turned into 12 root canals and 2 implants as I was unable to proceed with the 2 other implants due to the pain and swelling m
During my first appointment I had all my teeth shaved, the 12 root canals done (I was unaware they were doing this many as i was sedated, and had not even agreed to this) then i the impressions taken for my teeth and was given temporarys. These instantly broke, leaving the nerves of 1 tooth exposed, amd i spent the night in absolute agony.
My next visit i was sedated again for the implants, to which I only had 2 because of the pain i was in. I then got my actual bridges after.
The first set of bridges were horrendous. They were far too small for my mouth and looked ridiculous. However, i was asked to sign to say i was satisfied immediately after being sedated, dazed and confused,and my face was black blue and swollen, so I put it down to this, in the hope once my face and month had gone back to normal, it would be ok. The bridges were also very mis shaped and bulky, and my upper teeth didnt line up with the bottoms.
When i was due to fly home, I was given no fit to fly certificate, despite my face being 3 times its normal size and my eye being black and blue. I was questioned at the airport as to whether or not they would even let me on the plane.
Roll on around 2 weeks, and I started getting excruciating pain from the 2 end teeth under the lower bridge. I flew back at my own expense and was seen by the doctor. Once again I was sedated, and they extracted the two teeth. However, they then reattached the same bridge leaving the two ends floating over empty sockets. They assured me this was ok. At this point, i expressed my concerns to the dentist Mr. GOMAZ, who became very angry and abusive. He shouted at me that I was a problem and made me cry. The staff were in absolute shock. I would also like to add that at this point I also had no translator, as my patient coordinator had decided to up and leave the clinic without telling anyone!
I returned home.
A few weeks goes by, and surprise surprise I start getting pain from the loose parts of the bridges that had covered the now removed teeth. I contacted the CEO of the company, and explained I now wanted the lower bridge remade but because or my experience in the antalya clinic, I wasnt prepared to go back there. So finally he agreed to send me to their Istanbul clinic at once again MY expense, however did state I would not need to pay any outstanding money until it was resolved.
The clinic at first tried to give me a whole new package plan, for which I was looking at thousands. I explained no, I just currently want the lower bridge remade. I was sedated (the clinic did cover this) and I had my bridge removed in preparation for the new one, but they took it upon themselves to remove the upper one too... in case the colour didnt match!!! So not only was i left with no bridges, I was then expected to pay for 2 renewals instead of 1! New bridges were fitted. Looked 100 times better. BUT. Next day, another problem. Another tooth needed extracting. Clinic tried charging me £400 for the sedation... eventually agreeing to do it if i covered half for the time being. And just when you think its over... the next day, another tooth needs to go (back molar) because it was causing horrific pain. But this time sedation wasn't an option financially, so had it numbed and pulled whilst absolutely petrified.
This was last visit to the clinic. When back in the UK, i was told i owed approx 4,000£ still. But the issues continued. Constant pain, dentist visits, with the final issue being a gap that had formed between my gum and lower bridge had allowed bacteria inside, causing a deep infection in my teeth and gums, which turned into a sinus infection and then spread into my blood.
At this point I hadnt heard from the clinic for a couple of months. No check up, no concerns for me. I wasn't willing to go back. So I found a new clinic. And that's when I was told the real truth.
Not a single one of the root canals had been performed properly. They were all rushed and hadnt reached the bottom of the canal. The sedationist who came recognised me from Agagsia, and in his words, on my first appointment they spent 4 HOURS shaving my teeth down, and only 2 HOURS doing 12 root canals!!!
So basically, because of this bodge job, ive had teeth removed unnnecessarily as the root canals just needed doing correctly. I am now looking at thousands for a new bridge, removal was required to drain the infection from the teeth.
I have written directly to Mr Orhan and been ignored so have now contacted a lawyer who is taking on my case. These people do not care about you,

I had my dental implant treatment done at AGAGSİA Clinic in Antalya, and I am extremely happy with my whole experience.
From the moment I arrived in Antalya, everything was perfectly organised. The driver met me at the airport, which made my arrival very comfortable and stress-free. The clinic staff were amazing, kind, and very supportive throughout my stay.
The doctors were highly professional, experienced, and also very friendly. They explained each step of the treatment clearly, which made me feel calm and confident. The implant treatment was done with great care and high standards, and I felt safe in their hands.
The hotel provided was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, which helped a lot during my recovery.
Overall, the organisation, medical care, hospitality, and professionalism were outstanding. I truly recommend AGAGSİA Dental Clinic to anyone considering dental treatment in Turkey. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience!
After two years of researching clinics, I wanted to make sure I was making the right choice, especially after hearing numerous horror stories about poor experiences and places prioritizing profit over patient care. I was particularly concerned about the appearance of the teeth, avoiding the bulky, bright white options often associated with overseas treatments. I discovered a clinic through social media when I saw a video showcasing someone's final results. Upon reaching out, they communicated with me via messaging to discuss my treatment plan. I appreciated that they aimed to crown my healthy teeth instead of extracting them. I had my implants placed in June and returned home to recover, with the clinic always available to address any concerns I had. I returned for my final fitting on November 17th. As before, I was welcomed by a private driver who took me to my hotel included in the package. He provided transportation to the clinic daily and back to the airport. At the clinic, I was treated like an old friend and was promptly seated without any waiting. Each step of the process was explained, and I experienced minimal discomfort, mostly due to my sensitivity and choice to forgo anesthesia. I shared a reference photo for my desired outcome, and they meticulously crafted trial teeth to ensure the final look was perfect. They also took great care of my family in the waiting area, providing refreshments and even a lovely lunch one day. Additionally, there was a pool area available for relaxation. The staff, especially my cheerful dentist, were fantastic and kept me calm throughout. The clinic was pristine yet inviting. When I received the mirror after my final fitting, I was overwhelmed with emotion. The transformation was incredible, exactly as I envisioned—completely natural. I wholeheartedly recommend their services. From beginning to end, the treatment and care were exceptional, culminating in outstanding results.
I returned from my first visit to the Agagsia clinic in Antalya. I was scared but everything went quickly and efficiently. Starting with a nice driver who took me back to the airport on Sunday evening. and of course a big thank you to my consultant Dilek who quickly and professionally arranged all my needs. I’ve started my teeth process with Agagsia had few extractions 2 implants and few other feelings done omg I was terrified of dentist but deam I fell a sleep during a root canal that how good they are ! Can’t wait to go back to finish my teeth
I had researched clinics for over two years. I wanted to be sure before I went ahead as I had heard so many horror stories of things going wrong, places that were more interested in the money and not the patient. Some teeth looked awful. I didn’t want the bulky bright white tomb stones associated with turkey teeth. I found agagsia on insta when a lady had put a video up of her final teeth. I contacted them and they WhatsApped me to talk about my treatment plan. I chose them because they didn’t want to pull my healthy teeth. Instead they wanted to crown them. I had my implants in June and returned home to heal. If j had any worries or questions they were always at hand yo answer them. I flew out for my finals on the 17th of November. As before we were greeted on arrival by our private driver and taken to our hotel which was included in the package.He took us to and from the clinic every day and Back to the airport. I was greeted the next day at the clinic like an old friend and was whisked in to the chair immediately. No waiting around and no other people either. Every step was explained to me and i had no pain except when they fitted my teeth as my gums were so sensitive. My fault as I refused the anaesthetic. I showed a picture of how I wanted them and they followed it to the letter. Making trial teeth to get the aesthetic right. All the while they looked after mum in the waiting area with free refreshments on hand and they even made us a delicious lunch one day. There is the bonus of the pool area to use too. All the staff were amazing especially my singing dentist. They kept me calm the whole way through. The clinic itself is immaculate without feeling clinical. I have to say when they gave me the mirror after my final fitting I cried. It had been a long journey and my teeth were amazing. Just how I wanted them. Completely natural. I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish the service and treatment was impeccable as was the result
