Its bad enough being forced to use a third party company but when they have the technical skills of an out of date banana its something else.

The site keeps trying to get you to use a credit card by making all other access methods really difficult.
Suspect they are trying to get your card details for a list so that Hackers can use your details to defraud you.

Despite some negative reviews from others, it worked well for me. I should have been more cautious about possible scams.

This application is completely ineffective and fails to work regardless of what I try. Facial recognition doesn’t work, the email for the security number doesn’t arrive, and signing in is impossible. I've given up; if this app was developed by our government, it's no surprise it’s ineffective.
