First time using The Airbag Team, I couldn’t be more impressed. I ordered a dash and airbags and spoke to Sam, he was very helpful, and made sure everything was perfect for our car. The only thing that I could complain about was the delivery, it was shipped overnight due on a Friday but arrived Monday, totally not their fault but annoying nonetheless. Would recommend them to anyone.
Outstanding!!! Contacted Dan Oxtoby and received first class service. Arranged an appointment and agreed to pay the booking fee to ensure my appointment. On arrival I was again given first class service. My front seat belts were removed and expertly renewed and then refitted in record time.I am very impressed by both the service I received and the competitive price of the work including a guarantee. Had a problem with a 2014 VW Polo drivers side seatbelt jamming when the interior was hot. New seatbelt not available in the UK so started looking for used option. Came across this company online and ended up taking the car in. Fixed in half an hour for a fraction of the price I'd been quoted elsewhere. Works well in the current hot weather as well. Great service from Sam who explained this was a common problem so they are used to sorting.
I had a torn seat belt in my car and they repaired it I ordered the service I needed off the website printed off what I needed and sent the seat belt off to them I got little confused on which service to click to make sure it was the right one I needed so gave them a phone call, it was sorted within a few minutes who ever is on the end of thePhone was very polite, very helpful and they just make the experience hassle free and easy Before I knew it the seat belt was back and that was 1 to ship to them 2 to fix it 3 to send it was back in less than a week think it was 2-3 days and my car was back on the road The seatbelt looks, feels and smells brand new, works like its brand new, it all cost a lot cheaper than buying new that for sure Without a doubt all the time the air bag team is around and I have any issues that they have a service for I’m sending to them Thank you very much to the air bag team for such a great service
