Disappointed with this company‘s communication can’t get through on the phone. Don’t reply to emails or messenger seatbelt was returned within a week but with a part missing requests via email for them to return the missing part have gone unanswered
Fast turnaround, new belts look great. I was a little surprised that the components (buckle etc.) were not cleaned when dissasembled, would have been 5 stars if this had been done.Huge saving on buying new belts from VW, I would recommend sending to the Airbag Team if your seatbelts are looking old/damaged as it really makes a big difference to my new interior and newly upholstered seats A+
