THIS COMPANY RUINED MY ANNIVERSARY TRIP TO LAS VEGAS. THEY STILL OWE ME $538.86 FROM OCT 26TH 2025. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NEEDS TO SHUT THEM DOWN. THEY ARE THIEVES AND GOD DOESN'T LIKE UGLY SO THEY WILL LOSE MORE THAN WHAT THEY STOLE FROM EVERYONE THEY HAVE WRONGED. THEY MESSED WITH GOD CHILDREN SO I LEAVE IT IN HIS HANDS. I REPEAT DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY ARE SAYING BECAUSE IT IS ALL LIES ESPECIALLY THEIR MANAGER STEVE. WORST FLIGHT COMPANY EVER. I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS.
It's not worth your time to book with them. This operation seems to be a well-organized scam. They take your payment and provide a flight confirmation number, but when you arrive for your flight, nothing is real. They will keep asking you to wait and eventually just cut off communication. Fortunately, we managed to secure a last-minute booking and alerted our bank in time to recover our funds.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'm uncertain if this is a case of fraud or just poor management. I didn't receive my reservation numbers until 15 hours before my flight. When I arrived at the airline kiosk, my reservation number was missing. Another traveler printed their boarding pass, but their first name was listed as their last name, making the ticket unusable. I ended up purchasing two new airline tickets through the airline's app last night because the situation felt very off.
We purchased round trip tickets from a location to another, but when we attempted to board, we discovered that the tickets were fake. I've been trying to get a refund since October 9th, 2025, without success. I am now in the process of reporting this to the relevant authorities.

This service is completely untrustworthy. I supposedly had a flight booked but never received a confirmation number. When I contacted the airline, they informed me that no flight was booked for me. They claim they will send confirmation 24 hours before the flight, which is false. Most airlines provide immediate confirmation. Always choose a reputable service or airline, and if you do book, make sure to contact your bank for a refund.
Absolutely DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT THROUGH THIS SERVICE. From the moment I purchased my ticket, they have been misleading me about when I would receive my flight confirmation and e-ticket. I've spoken to several agents, all of whom have provided inconsistent information. One even promised I would receive my booking info within 3 hours, but nothing arrived, and my flight is imminent. This service is undeniably a SCAM. They won't even cancel my reservation while the transaction is pending. I can't comprehend how they get away with this. DO NOT BOOK through this service!
Avoid this service at all costs. I booked a business class flight but received no confirmation. The next day, I got a call confirming an economy flight. Clearly, they are trying to extract more money for something they probably can't deliver. Do not use this service!
