It was shipped to an old address of mine.. WOW!! what a 100% screw up.. trying to get it from the new owners was another 100% hassle.. POLICE INVOLVED!! All because of your INCOMPETENCE!! I've ordered from you before WITH my NEW address many times... and you STILL sent it to my old home MILES away.. I'll NEVER order from you again!!!
Prior to ordering, I phoned to confirm if the model I had wanted could be shipped to Canada. Unfortunately & sadly, it could not, but far better to know beforehand. Thanks to pleasant knowledgeable Airgun Depot staff, I still ordered some other useful accessories plus ammo for my other airguns. (so I've renewed my efforts to buy the lever-action plinking rifle I wanted via a Canadian supplier. For this airgun, I've taken a firearms safety course, got tested, paid for a federal "possession & acquisition license", and waited out a postal strike. Patiently. Fortunately, I'm still young: only 75.)
I did my due diligence researching the items that I was interested in. I dashed off an email middle of the night to customer service. Within an hour oh Airgun Depot opening I had a response from Doug. That kind of service let's one know they are dealing with the right people. I made my purchase on the spot.
Made a mistake on an order,text and called to make correction before shipping ,by the time I was able to reach customer service a label was created but ups did "NOT" HAVE POSSESSION, but I was told it was shipped not true so it took a week to get to me so I could refuse delivery then a week for return then 2 days for refund, I believeit could have been correctedbefore ups picked up the order.
