Great Customer Service from Matthew Z, Greg W, Calvin C, and Adam D. I received a refurbished Avenge X rifle, which failed to hold pressure. Mathew and Calvin helped me with the return. The replacement had the same problem. Calvin and Adam helped with the second and issued a full refund so I could purchase a different item (Umarex Zelos). Throughout, everyone at Airgun Depot was courteous and responsive and they covered shipping on both returns.
I haven't received my order yet but I will say it was the smoothest checkout and fastest shipping processed with email notifications I have ever had. I have ordered from many venders and will be ordering from Airgun Depot again for sure. I already have seen something I would like to have on their website.
