Overall good

Overall real good. I'm kinda pissed that I spent over two thousand dollars and I missed the email for 13% off store wide. I feel like you guy's coulda just added that on since I spent so much. But it was my own fault.

Customer support(Ruth) is awesome

Although I have not received my stuff yet should be here tomorrow my review will be about the customer service employee who help me Ruth Ruth went above and beyond with helping a tenderfoot to PCP rifles like me out and never tried to sell me nothing that I didn't need I simply asked her what she recommended for my level and what I wanted to spend and she came up with an entire package for me and then the next day I called back and she also help me out with an air tank I wish more companies had more customer service representatives like Ruth she is excellent Thank you RuthGary Comstock

Parts missing from box

I received the Gammo Swarm Maxxim 10x gen2 from UPS this afternoon. I happily opened the box, looking forward to shooting my gun this weekend, it's Friday evening. Everything looked great until I opened the inner box and noticed that the clear plastic bag that the gun was packed in was torn open. I then took a good look at the gun and noticed that the ammo clip was missing from the top of the gun. I looked everywhere in the box. I looked through the instructions and noticed that there is a compartment that holds a spare clip under the stock. I looked there hopefully, sadly it was empty. I then called airgun depot and found out they had closed for the weekend. I went on the website and used the chat. I was told to call the company on Monday. Hopefully the company treats me right on Monday and saves me as a future customer.

When you ship pellets

When you ship pellets, you need to put something in between the tins. Stacking all the tins in foam doesn’t do a damn thing when the tins aren’t separated from each other. They bounce on top of each other the whole way here. Every time I order pellets i end up with a bunch of damaged tins full of damaged pellets. It’s common sense and JSB pellets cost a small fortune.
