Review Time
I always get great customer service but their ordering system is not up to par. I live in an unincorporated area in the state of CO. AGD's invoicing system mandates that they charge me 8.2% sales tax (State + City + RTD). My sales tax liability is only 4.2%. They over charge me 4% on every order unless I call and have an adjustment made. Not convenient! All other online retailers can figure this out but AGD can't. Frustrating for sure!Update 2-27-24 AGD called me and expressed gratitude for pointing out the flaw in their sales tax system. They now have their IT team working on a solution to enable them to charge the correct sales tax based on delivery address. They also refunded me ALL of the extra sales tax that was collected on my previous purchases. As I have said in prior reviews, AGD provides fantastic customer service! With this software correction, I would now rate them as a 5 star company again!!! Great job AGD.
An airgun recently purchased from AGD failed after thirty shots. I contacted AGD and they offered to refund or replace. I asked for a replacement and received same in seven days. Thank you, AGD, for your excellent, no hassle customer service!
I like the product. I like the ease of ordering. The air-rifle I ordered was received in good order and on time. What I did NOT like is the fact that you gave me a messily $20 discount when I ordered, and right AFTER I placed my order you started bombarding me with 11% and 12% discount offers. It left me with a really bad feeling of having paid too much for my air rifle.
You got two stars because I love your store or it would have been one. Mind you I've been buying from this store for several years online & I have purchased 4 guns & many accessories & you have a couple of people that are great 🤗 but unfortunately you have a couple of bad apples that in my opinion have made this the last trip I'll ever make to your store😭 A Couple of sales men That don't treat customers as their "bread & butter", but as numbers at best - if even that. This, the 2nd review I've left, & I'm not impressed with these salesmen, and they have now driven me to 'Pyramid' omline because of them.A shame really, but apparently there's no specialist or manager to speak to, or one that anybody would allow me to speak to anyway.
