Review Time
I purchased an Air Oasis unit because it was the only air filtering unit I could find that not only filtered the air but then used UV "lights" to kill the bacteria/viruses/etc. trapped in the filter! My grand daughter seems to be breathing better and her cough has disappeared! The only suggestion I have is that I initially wanted to add an extra replacement filter packet and extra LED-UV "light" to my order. The extra "light" was listed on my purchase list but when I went to pay for the items and the order was processed, the extra filter disappeared and was not included in my order. I'm not sure what happened??? In addition, several different LED-UV "lights" are identified on your website but I could not determine which replacement light went with the unit I eventually purchased. I "chatted" with a company agent and he informed me that the LED-UV "light" on the unit I was going to purchase should never burn out and therefore a replacement "light" was not necessary. That's great news but it would have been helpful if that information was included on your website. Other than those two suggestions, my son and his family are very pleased with the Air Oasis unit and their daughter no longer coughing!
I called and asked how long until my order arrived because the website didn't tell how long it would take to process the order before it would ship out. I needed to know because my order was time sensitive. My order arrived even before the cust. service rep thought it would! Fantastic!!
